Advocacy Service Offerings

Fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment I can support you in one or all of the following areas:

• Pre-visit  preparation and support – what to bring to your doctor’s appointment.
  • Review of current health status.
  • Create an updated list of medications with dosages.
  • Discuss concerns and put together your list of questions
• Health mapping – map of key life events that could result in underlying medical  issues.
• Accompaniment during doctor's visit - (additional fees for in-person visits required)
  • Assist with advocating your needs and concerns.
  • Note taking during appointment.
• Post visit support - support for health recommendations
  • Assistance accessing follow up health notes.
  • Establishing an action plan for your wellness
  • Check-in calls on progress towards next step action items.

Dr visits are generally limited to approx. 15 minutes, let’s make every second count!

• Identify nutrient-rich foods for better quality of life
• Explore foods, toxins, and sleep issues that may be causing unnecessary inflammation
• Reading food labels for optimal health
• Grocery shopping guides & techniques for selecting healthy foods
• Menu planning tools to boost better eating habits
• Sleep tips for rest and recovery
• Weekly check-ins (30-45 min. each) with your coach and dedicated accountability partner
• Post-session follow-ups with next steps to keep you on track

• Education on common women’s issues around the four stages of menopause including breathing techniques to reduce risks of incontinence, prolapse
• Access to exclusive resources and tools
• Weekly check-ins (30-45 min. each) with your coach and dedicated accountability partner
• Post-session follow-ups with personalized next steps to keep you on track
• Ongoing email support between sessions
