For 20 years Tammy Dungan held senior-level positions in Professional Services, and Customer Success responsible for project management, onboarding, implementation, training, and webinars at two tech start-up companies that increased client acquisitions and profoundly expanded solution adoption. Her leadership was instrumental in product development and the expansion of company initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
After over three years of suffering from debilitating Lyme Disease and Spondyloarthritis that landed her in a wheelchair, she educated herself through the AFPA Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition program and Eat for Life certifications and implemented holistic nutritional changes and lifestyle adjustments to successfully regain her strength, mobility, and well-being. Her struggles empowered her to learn all she could to serve women suffering from similar afflictions. The Limitless Ladies Network was launched in 2024 to pursue her passion for educating and serving women on how to improve their physical, mental, and functional well-being.
She is also an avid advocate for women and young girls as she has led the Dream It Be It program for Soroptimist International for local high schools and colleges to encourage and promote positive self-awareness and advocacy. As a Board Member, and former Treasurer, of the Soroptimist International of Willimantic, she has led the Live Your Dream Scholarship program to provide scholarships and grants to women who are heads of household and in need of support to better their lives through education. She has also led the Dream It Be It Program for a group of young women at the local high school and was a guest speaker and volunteer at the half-day workshop for seven surrounding high schools at Eastern Connecticut State University encouraging and motivating girls to Dream Big.
Tammy is driven and often strives to take on daring and unconventional endeavors. During the height of COVID and the start of her physical challenges in 2019, she had a profound desire for quality family time, tranquility, and balance. That resulted in building a successful 5-star mobile stand-up paddleboard company in Northeastern CT with her husband Jim and two great children to provide training, rentals, SUP yoga, and tours to surrounding communities.
